I think that what he reacting to- the pure evilness of twilight sparkle tipping over a glass of chocolate milk.
Which is mostly bogus because half of those people ship Twilight with a character like Comet Tail who has no development and stood next to Twilight that one time.
considering he never even saw Twilight as a pony and the ponies from Equestria have the same intelligence as humans do, i would say: No.
It’s more like he wants to do an alien in human disguise than an animal.

your current filter.from my experience, most people who dislike flashlight don’t want twilight to make their waifu and instead ship twilight with one of the other girls(and the second biggest group simply thinks flash is underdeveloped to be the protagonists canon love interest)
