@Vox
I would kill (something small, like a carrot) to be this awkward.
If someone was ever actually awkward, it would be clear they passed the point where they cared about any other opinion but their own long ago and bounce in the blissful land of “Screw all a ya’ll, I’m doing what I please! Wheeehehehehe!”
And we can only look in reverence and say “There goes a truly strange man. A wonderfully, truly strange man.”
@Zennistrad
So? You’re making fun of a person for how they look. And how they act? They could have something wrong with them, you shouldn’t assume anything.
Again, Tumblr being hypocrites because they have to have a punching bag that’s even less socially adept than many of the users there are.
And no, I’ve never worn one of those hats. I just question the perception of them if they incite such virulent hatred at the mere sight of them.
I know it’s not really about the hat. But a site that always claims how tolerant and safe it is playing into a cycle that makes the people they hate act the way they do out of spite and/or feel even less self-confident…it’s terrible.
Seriously, these people have no clue how comedy works or about timing or anything. I get it, you associate a hat with a caricature of people you dislike and want to make it even more exaggerated. Hilarious.
