So what counts as an obvious dupe?

A fun piece of trivia - this image is actually hard-coded into Derpi’s source code in several versions which Kein uploaded to try and bypass the dupe checker. Part of our acceptance tests included a check to make sure that the site would automatically reject obvious dupes, with versions of that image being the test candidates.

Hell…I can completely understand Celestia’s initial feelings of regret, fear, stomach-churning and bitterness. I can imagine herself looking into the eyes of what is now a beast, and not finding a single trace of Luna anymore; completely locked away of the world, her own prisoner.

The most frightening thing about this image is how many hundreds of them got duped on the site. I guess that’s part of the joke, and one reason it was featured for Halloween.
