This image used to have 190 comments. Now it has 71. 119 comments were simply variations of “dupe!” (not accounting for the 30 odd comments posted after the image was featured). Those are the ones that got posted in the rough minute between a mod deleting irrelevant “dupe!” comments on the dupe images and pressing the “merge” button. By my estimate, the duplicate versions of this image received close to 2000 comments just complaining that it was a dupe.
 
Don’t do that. It’s extra work for us, it doesn’t do anything to help, the ‘Report a duplicate’ button is there for a reason, and it makes me very irritable.

Long story short, This is the most duped image on Derpibooru.  
A bloke from the old days obsessively uploaded this a couple of hundred times just because some one uploaded it first.

Please explain? I wasn’t around for this.
