Well, there’s plenty of real-world movie with people of various afflictions and beliefs as the antagonists, and they’re not really ostracized, so unicorns are likely treated fairly.

If I can be honest, I’d find a movie called “Horns” to sound more terrifying than one called “Jaws”

Should i wonder if that’s reflective of what earth ponies think of unicorns now?

Jaws is an iconic movie. No doubt more would reference it, and it’s not the first time a horror movie is being referenced in the kid show. :P
