I dunno if I’d go so far as to say it’s illegal. But it’s probably not something one can simply go out to the supermarket and buy, likely for similar reasons as to why we here on Earth can’t simply go out and buy human breast milk.

So is this innuendo or is there some actual reason ponecow milk is illegal?

Somehow I have trouble imaging that Rarity milk would be considered anything but a top class luxury item sought after by everyone. Rather a far cry from a back-alley kinda thing!
