Seeing them all old & grown up really hits me right in the heart. Rarity is the one that gets me the most, with her having wrinkles & grey mane. It’s just so sad & heartwarming to see them all grown up.

Honestly while the show may be ending I have a feeling it’s not the end. They will probably keep going with specials and such.

Just a note, FiM is only over as a TV series for now.  
We have G4 comics, books, and manga for anyone who enjoys reading coming out in 2020.  
A FiM live stage show for those of us that enjoy events from early 2020 through the summer.  
EQG and possibly a web series for those of us who want animated content that seems to be starting now.  
G5 was supposed to start last year, but sometime between 2017 and 2019 it kinda fell of the radar. No mention in over a year, and the beginning of G5 seems to have been pushed back to 2021 at the earliest.

So basically Twilight is more the figurehead of the ruling party. The one ponies go to directly, and if needed, the others are called on, or something like that.

The goofy thing is that throughout season 9, the mane six will be ruling together. Then the epilogue just forgets that.

am I the only one that doesn’t outright hate the designs? Spike looks like a jock halfway to his ideal grown look, and sure, Twilight doesn’t look very unique, but she doesn’t look horrible either.

They all should’ve gotten to rule Equestria, but Celestia plays favorites.
