Well, we don’t know for sure yet. I’m wondering if they’re going to reveal those family details in the upcoming Scootaloo focus episode “The Washouts”.

Yeah she has parents and aunts confirmed by the writers and in some official mlp book, the writers just aren’t focusing on her parents on the show for some reason.

There needs to be a follow-up picture for this involving the dads on Father’s Day.

You know, much as I love my parents and diapers, I sure wouldn’t want to mix the two.
 
But if I ignore that and just see a big group of ponies doing diaper things… I’m not sure if that’d make it feel more okay, or if I’d just panic because of how overwhelmed I’d be by all the social discomfort, haha.
 
Diapers are like a bathroom. I like to keep the door closed, heh.
 
But on the other hoof, if I found myself in Equestria and it was ponies… I’d probably shrug it off as culture shock and dive right in with everypony else, hahaha.
