Out of all the packs in BF1, Metal Lock’s variant is the only one that can be bought with real money (well, unless you buy the premium game, then it comes with like 17 battlepacks).
 
Enhanced and Superior battlepacks can only be obtained through in game currency, known as scraps, and have better odds of legendary skins and weapon pieces. Regular battlepacks like Metal Lock can also be obtained by just playing the game.
