All those changes? I was okay with them. Hell, I was more than happy about Twilight becoming an alicorn, and the Castle was for me a natural change…
 
What I don’t like is how the most recent changes were executed. Starlight’s redemption was rushed, and worse? Done in the very same episode that depicted her as an absolute petty monster. Thorax transforming into the Changeling King? Rushed, barely hinted, and done when he had only one appearance. Timber becoming Sci-Twi’s new love interested? Again, rushed, and unnecessary when you already had a love interest that they keep shoving to the side just because of rabid fans.
 
It’s not that I hate change… it’s that the most recent changes were stupid. Or done in stupid ways.

Bronies whenever anything changes. Twilight getting wings, the tree being replaced, anything.

Im NOT happy about them changing the look. But at the same time it now gives every changeling an individuality. And the design doesnt look too bad.

Heh, just wrote a quick-fic of the aftermath of the episode, with Chrysalis returning to her hive, all the “new” changelings dropping their disguises and revealing that the ponies that were freed, were all changelings. I mean, it is already a double-cross, why not go for an extra-tricky triple-cross? With Thorax praised as the best changeling ever.
