You’d be surprised how many people don’t know the origin of well-worn gags.

Nobody gets the reference to the old radio show, Fibber McGee and Molly? They’re the origin of the “junk falls out of the closet” gag.

In case anyone needs to spot where Apple Bloom’s cake is. Check the big splotch on the door. Once everything falls out, the cake will slide into view.

Aside from all the pancake styles the Mane Six ate during Castle Sweet Castle, I noticed a callback to the distant first episode/pilot past.
 
When all that stuff fell on her, check what is sliding down. A triple decker cake with green icing and a whole apple on top. A cake held by whom we all first called a “moe pony”
 

Someone needs to edit this and replace the icing on the floor with blood.
