Honestly, at this point, I would be happy if the game even came out. Thinking about hypothetical scenarios in a hypothetical game is of hypothetical value.

It’s just a hypothetical “evil route” game choice (just as other evil choices would be to join or take over Red-Eye’s operation, etc.). Besides, just because she can’t read it doesn’t mean the Book’s energy doesn’t try and charm her into giving in to its power.
 
A good way to “unlock” this route is if she has done very bad karmic choices “during the game” up to that point and if a certain stat is either very low or very high. Playing the Pip in accordance to the story will never open up this route, of course.

So basically. She becomes Arthas from Warcraft.
 
Also, it has been a while but if I remember correctly, she even opened the book but could not read anything inside anyway.

One of Overmare Studios possible bad routes: Littlepip fails to resist the Black Book’s temptation and becomes its possessor (or it possesses her) giving her tremendous magic powers and abilities. She quickly defeats the Goddess when she fools her into believing Pip will give her the Book at Maripony and captures all her souls to gain more power, as she also absorbed Twilight’s soul in the process. Her friends try to make her listen to reason and instead turns them into her magic zombie slaves. She also now controls the alicorns.
 
With the alicorns, she turns her attention to Red Eye. Along the way she gains more slaves as she quickly overpowers all raider strongholds, as well as Appleloosa, Tenpony Tower and Junction R-7 in the process turning everyone she can into slaves to her newly found powers. Fillydelphia falls after a moderate conflict and soon turns Red-Eye and many griffons to zombie slaves as well.
 
The next challenge comes from the Enclave who attack in full force. However, Pip has plenty of reserves to soak up damage as well as the alicorns who overpower the pegasi. Cloudsdale eventually is destroyed and what Enclave ships and personnel remain are made to serve her.
 
The final boss challenge comes from the Watcher, Spike himself as he finally sees the threat of a Black Book-possessed Littlepip. He lays waste to Littlepip’s zombie horde but eventually he can’t keep up the fight as she merely sends more and more waves to tire him out until she herself gives him the mortal blow. Seeing such a mighty dragon, she immediately resurrects him to serve her now.
 
Long live the new Ruler of the Wasteland, Littlepip.

And this is why we do not read the obviously evil book. You think you’re playing Fallout, but the game quickly turns into Call of Cthulhu.
