Vesper lived happily with her little family, when Twillight decided to act strange and cold toward her. She tried her best to get her attention, pushing herself at her limits with magic, since, she was a weak foal from birth. She can leviatate small objects, so magic wasn’t her thing and that got Twillight dissapointed, because she wanted at least her heir to get in her footsteps. Did they argue? No, since Vesper moved in Crystal Empire with her father Flash when she was 11,she never saw her again or at least she tried not to meet her, when she was visiting her “5 mothers” at Ponyville. Mane 6 and Vesper’s real family took care of her when Twilight, gave up. Did she hate her mother? Yes she does. Of course everyone know Vesper’s existence, but she doesn’t want to be referred as a princess.
