Okay, just making sure. The child Dinky is absolutly cute none the less and would love to snuggle with.^^
As the commissioner, I can confirm this is meant to be Dinky. But you do have a point that she resembles Noi a bit here.
I used to run around barefoot on asphalt all the time as a kid. Mind, it was in a clean neighborhood and I didn’t live in Phoenix, but this isn’t as much of a one-way ticket to Hobbit feet as you might expect.
She does have a toe ring on, so she probably never meant to wear them in the first place.
