It’s pretty much more a scenario like “Yellow Submarine” where the Beatles meet Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band… I mean in that film they interact with their doubles and shake hands with no bad effects to the universe around them. The matter of Sci Twi and Princess Twilight interacting with each other would likely be the same, and after seeing Rainbow Rocks I think it’s hard to deny that the human world is Equestria’s Pepperland… especially with the Beatles joke they lace into it…

They made a whole movie out of Rainbow Rocks’ stinger and didn’t even touch back on this, despite having even more storytelling potential than that movie’s.
