@TriteBristle It’s not annoying, It’s just very weird that people came up with a whole new nickname for her after she was given an official name… Specially since her new name is so… different…

@BP2: In this comic, Sea Swirl’s nickname is Dolphin Dream. This name has been around for a while (maybe not in circles you go around), and I personally like it more than Seafoam, suits her cutie mark way more.
 
You are not obligated to accept it in any way, if it really annoys you then just replace her name in your head when you read the comic. Which isn’t obligatory either. :)

@BP “Dolphin Dream”? Seriously, who came up with that? It’s a… silly name.  
We’ve always called her “Seafoam”. Then, the canon name “Sea Swirl” showed up and we were all like “OK, fair enough”. Now, “Dolphin Dream”? Is it just for not accepting canon names? Geez…
