Wondering whether I should use the vulgar tag...

There’s a pic from my deviantart gallery that I’m considering uploading… but I don’t know whether I should put a vulgar tag on it… the pic does imply vulgarity but doesn’t show it.

I don’t think that the image is vulgar, it’s just a cute joke and the vulgarity is only implied.
 
Please upload it, if the community response is that it’s vulgar, that tag can be added later.
