Here’s a good list of all the G3 pony releases by name, so all the names can be searched here and ones not marked as character can be.
 
This is the closest on the same site for G1 ponies, by country, tho US and UK are really the only important ones.
 
For G2, uhh this is the closest on the same site, but, it’s inefficient, and probably missing some.

Fargo is a movie/series title, not a character.  
By the way, I doubt that Marge Gunderson should be a character tag either. That’s the name of the movie’s character, the Whinnyapolis delegate’s name is agreed on to be March Gustysnows.  
By the way #2, maybe Whinnyapolis delegate should be aliased into or imply March Gustysnows?

Next time, check the tag before answering. As for the “series/movie”, nothing of the sort is under the fargo tag. There is, however, a fargo [(series)] tag, with only 2 images.  
About the only thing you bring up is a point that the tag names need to be merged.

I did. People keep tagging March Gustysnows images with “Marge Gunderson, Fargo” because she’s a reference to Marge Gunderson from “Fargo.  
And there are images with the tag that do not feature her.  
Anyway, this is definitely not a character tag.
