Was in the very very early days, the site’s first ~two months after PB went kaput, some people called GNAA* kept trying to take the site down via any exploit they could find. Thankfully they never found anything actually serious and Clover fixed up every thing they could fuck up within minute of them abusing it.
 
 
*I think, may have been a few months later when some /mlp/ers decided to set up their own site and “compete” with DB mostly by trying to break it and shitpost.

I’m currently trying to find out which characters have tags for their rooms and homes etc, is there some list of that somewhere?

Speaking of, should be differentiate between Sweetie Belle’s room in her parents house, and her room in the Carousel Boutique?

Could I get some opinions an a lesser used tag?
 
oral invitation looks to me like it was originally being used for an invitation for oral sex, but lately someone’s been retagging it for more vore centered images. Is it a problem that someone’s using it for something other than what was intended, or would we consider this filling a needed niche with something that was barely used anyway?

I feel like the ‘original’ usage would be more useful as I feel like there are other vore tags that could apply to the ‘new’ meaning.

Remove if this violates rule 8, but are artist:pastel-pony-pictures and artist:pastel-pony-princess the same person? This image has both tagged, but their styles don’t look similar, the picture’s apparently not a collab/edit, and I can’t find any connections between their art pages.

Looks like just two artists with similar names. Likely the tagging on the image was accidental.

why is woona and filly luna have the same implication? I see tags of both or woona more. Similar to cewestia and filly celestia. Should they be aliased?

I don’t know if that’s ever been discussed, but should satyr imply human in any way, or something similar? Given how hopelessly inconsistent pony tagging is, it seems generally easier to just filter not (not pony), with “not pony” generally meaning anthro, eqg, humanised, human. satyr being yet another non-pony thing to track seems inelegant, considering the issue is that there’s literally just a human half.
 
Not sure whether it’s worse to search “human” and get satyrs unless you exclude them, or to try exclusing “human” and still get half-human satyrs. The ideal answer would of course be to be able to just search “pony” when one wants ponies, but I doubt that’s a realistic goal.

That’s the search I currently use in order to find pony images when using staff tools to mass-add the pony tag.  
[Adding -pony to the search as well obviously.]  
And I still sometimes catch non-pony creatures in there. Either through some obscure rare species, or [as is more often] someone not tagging correctly.
 
People will always be tagging images poorly. Leaving off anthro or human or any number of important tags.
 
Satyrs may have a human half, but by that logic, anthros almost always have fully human bodies with just pony heads.
 
Searching “pony” and getting all the Ponies is coming along. Slowly, but it is. Currently about half-way done tagging all the ponies with pony.

role play/role playing tags aren’t used as much as I’d expect, is there more common similar tag that I don’t know of?

Consider that you are on a booru for a show that has characters playing live action magical D&D and are talking about applying the same word to a bedroom activity. Tagging is, naturally, a little sparse especially with very specific stuff like “bondage” being tags.
