Alternately instead of alias, add the description and the “weapon” implication to “war hammer” and remove “warhammer” from all images with the weapon but no setting, as well as removing the implication of “weapon” from it, change “warhammer fantasy” and “warhammer 40k” to imply it, and add the following description:
_“Used for images with anything related to Warhammer Fantasy/Warhammer 40k settings. For the weapon, see war hammer

Alternately, do the above, but change “warhammer” into “warhammer (setting)”.

This second option would be more “correct” and useful.

So apparently Warhammer as in setting specifically refers to Warhammer Fantasy, and as such “warhammer” can be aliased into “warhammer fantasy” (after cleanup to remove WH40k images and unrelated weapons from it).

expecting people to not tag 40k with just warhammer is a fools erand. Just use war hammer as two words to refer to the weapon

Also some would say warhammer doe@Barhandar

This seems the best solution
