I know the people capable of fulfilling my simple request must have seen this thread by now. You just fucking ignore me for 22 days after I did everything I was supposed to do to get a tag aliased? I only asked in the first place because I was trying to improve the site. Unfortunately, I need your help to do that and it’s clear you don’t give a shit.
I’m hating to say this, but they will probably don’t do anything. We talk about the same staff here who refuses to change the tag “Troubleshoes Clyde” even though he is officially called just “Trouble Shoes” according the credits of “Appleloosa’s Most Wanted”.
It’s an excrescence of this fandom’s infamous entitlement, where certain individuals in it believe they are above the show and know it better than the actual creators of it.
It is pretty awful how they don’t respect what the actual titles and names from the show are, but considering this is the fandom that is even known for insulting the writers by rewriting episodes of the show “because they are just so bad so let me show how to do it better”, I can’t say I’m surprised.
I fear you talk against a very thick wall here.
Done, and we can take a while with this stuff because of uncertainty (“Road to Friendship” is what the episode calls itself, but not everything agrees).
The episode title in the screencap I posted should leave no room for argument, but if for some reason there was uncertainty about the correct title, you or another of the mods could have brought it up. You could have explained your reasons and said it was under review. But you chose not to. You ignored the matter and took over three months to make a simple decision.
When I submit a request to change a tag I want to know it will be taken seriously. Feeling like I’m talking to a brick wall does not make me want to help fix the tags.
