Want to RP but...

Hi there,
 
So long story short I want to try RP’ing in the MLP community (since the OP community isn’t working)
 
But to avoid the issues I did previously, I need help with making a interesting OC and tbh I never RP’ed on forums (only on Tumblr) so formatting help would be appreciated.
 
Thus, does anyone have any good info or is willing to help me through the process?
