She cried until her eyes were unable to produce anymore tears. Still whimpering pretty badly, and then finally fell silent, shaking uncontrollably.

She was kinda unable to speak after practically exhausting her vocal cords. So she was just staring at him. Her eyes just bloodshot. It seemed this particular event brought a lot of trauma for Dana… A lot of it, and hasn’t remotely come to terms with it.

he began stroking her back, this was exactly the kind of problem he was abysmal with, he was a creature of darkness for crying out loud he doesn’t CURE trauma.

Only time can cure this. Comforting her is that best that anyone can do. Hopefully she’ll finally be mentally and emotionally stable by the time she’s working again.

Angela: Hey, Shayde, we should probably get going. Also, uh, I didn’t know where to throw away the can of surströmming without attracting the smell into the house, so, uh… I buried it in the backyard.
