The UNSC is based on earth, however, being this big thing in space, they would technically be considered separate - But that’s not to say they are. It just means they are separate in a sense, being this huge thing remaining in space most of the time.

OOC: I don’t understand what you mean? The UNSC is deep powerful in space and that’s what they are know for in games sure but they still are the Earth’s humans and their colonies central government. They aren’t some kind of entity that only deal with interplanetary issues and exterior affair or some sort of EU of space with the planets in its territory being like the countries.

(I guess that does make more sense - I just view them as partially separate. But, still, the original question remains - trading partners??)

OOC: Well their planets would have trading between each other, like trading between states in a federation. But since they defeated the covenant, I suppose they now have a little exterior trading with the sangheili and the other covenant separatists.
 
They can finally follow the advice of having the entire world have a positive commercial balance.

OOC: They had an admiral who never lost a single battle. Beside, this was early in the war, even IC in a book the humans acknowledged that it wasn’t like that anymore some time later when someone I don’t remember who said “Now we are the giants” when talking about the fleet and the infinities.

OOC: Okay, i give that point, i saw ships the first time through. But my point stands, you seriously think he’s unbeatable? You really think he has never had to retreat before achieving his objectives and he’s only fought for or six battles in the entirety of the human-covenant war?
