Ahh friends I watched MLP: The Movie last night and I thought it was pretty good! (A few things threw me off though, not enough to detract from the whole thing)

- Some cool Gryphon officer during the battle of Ponyville, where the Gryphon army routed the ever-weaker Pony army under Princess Luna. The ponies stood no chance with their 17 artillery guns against the Gryphon’s 717 guns, despite greater troop number.
Man, my head is cramming with ideas. All of them holding the brutally beautiful idea of 50-70s warfare– but with ponies.
Not that humans could play a more important role. After all, who is to teach them on how to further make better guns?

Not sure how exactly that battle of Ponyville wouldn’t result in anything but Pyrrhic victory, short or long term. Even if you argue that there’s no battlemages among a greater troop number (there would be), the long term would end up with a starving gryphon army (because if there’s an alicorn alive, they’re going to stop providing as much sun to the catbirds as they can- or too much). Yes, they could eat the captured.
That would also fall under war crime (or worse) and get them curbstomped by at least one angry alicorn deciding that enough is enough, and crashing a large celestial body or 15 into their homelands (making them bandits at best), and/or basically every other world power crashing in because of it.
Even if they DID have the backing of the entire world (which would be some seriously slick diplomacy), the fiercest animal is the one that is cornered, and if they know they’re food if they are wounded or die, things are gonna dash deep into martyr territory, real quick. Explosive charges, overcharged kinetic blasts, the possibilities are quite literally only limited by the imagination.
Honestly, if war broke out, i don’t see why Equestria wouldn’t be at the forefront of innovation, at least on the magic side of things.
And none of this is taking into consideration weather manipulation, either. I bet having a magically charged tornado tear through your camp at any time would suck.
I dunno, the ideas are good, but need more fleshing out, and the only way to do that is with discussion.

The world suffered a pandemic disease outbreak wich turned people into savagefull fused deformed “Zombies” and rotted any type of living matter of a unknown origin, that even the 7 nations together couldn’t stop, and the RP is situated at the beginning of the outbreak
Lots of gore and some romance.
My character: Glenn Salvato a former Italian scientist and head researcher in the virus cure attempt, his height is 1,90cm, medium body size, age 45, gray haired with a military haircut, shaved beard, green eyes, scar in his left eyebrow, ex-military specialist in krav maga and with a strong personality.
His backstory is very sad as him and his wife Liz just got married, the wedding was attacked by those zombies and they killed all his relatives and his wife which the only thing left of her was her right arm that still had her ring on it, as from that day he promised he would find a cure and erradicate and extinct every living cell of the virus.
Main character: Tess O’neil, American busyness woman which spent most of her life in doors caring about her work at a famous worldwide company, height 1,57cm, slim body figure, age 29, light brown haired with a pixie haircut, honey colored eyes, a pint under her right eye on the right side, a high knowledge of anatomy and medicine and a persuasive personality.
Her backstory is very hard as she come’d from a family with alcoholism and drug problems, she was very adept in studying as it was the only moments she felt happy, once she did eighteen years old she took her money and left her family behind and writting her own story as a clean successful woman.
