(Let’s keep Alicorns out of the Roleplay then, I think they would be a tad over powered, plus this would allow us to have unique goverments for ponies.

The first leader of the tribal people of the buffalo, High Cheif Rain-dance, had just settlers their first settlement in the Aird shrubland. After the formation of the settlement, Rain-dance had fallen ill. His people tried treating him using herbal medicines but they were not enough and he died in his sleep. His son, Rain-mill had now taken place of High Preist.

(Horses, of course.  
Ponies might be sturdy, but they’re also slow. Nomads however depended on speed and agility.  
That said, there have been special horse-pony crossbreeds for cavalry purposes.)

(The idea of nomads riding ponies is awesome…but probably like a much bigger pony. Depends on how sentient animals should be.

(Well, we could do it like in the canon show. There is crossbreeding, but it doesn’t actually create any crossbreeds.  
Also, seeing how equines are sapient here, I wonder how they’ll let themselves be mounted. Is this going to be like slavery?)

(Maybe Horse-pony hybrids being a thing later on? Like almost as big as a horse but not quite but as fast as a horse? maybe, maybe not, I guess It just depends.)

(I would Prefer hybrids over that, plus the only crossbreeding we actually saw was between ponies. Also it could be a Symbious thing with the horse back riding thing, it doesn’t exactly have to be Slavery, the Sapient races might even consider it a different “Technology” Than Horse back riding. Sense Slavery was a thing in our timeline, should we have it exist in our RP as well?)
