Neo Canterlot (NSFW, anthro, grimdark, and otherwise)

Canterlot used to be a nice city, it had its flaws but it was still considered one of the greatest cities in the world. Then in a brutal civil war, the city fell to the ground and all 4 princesses vanished. The survivors rebuilt the city bigger, and bigger and bigger, the newly formed and heavily industrialized city became the fastest growing in history and soon was the largest in the world. It wasn’t long before the Nobles returned to there old ways though and without someone keeping them in check the problem got out of hand. Now the city is run by corporate greed fueled by the Nobility on one end and criminal gangs on the other, the government powerless to stop it. But change may be on its way as news of an underground resistance movement spreads through the city….

Preferred weapon: A custom made plasma caster, hooked up like a flamethrower. Short range, high damage [Pack on back with tubes and the sort], a combat knife given to him by his Grandfather [it has the cutie mark of Celesta on one side and Luna on the other]  
Notes: He is still a drunk but not as much as he used to be. Personality is somewhat changed. Backstory will be made as we go.

Appearance: 7’1, metallic dark blue scales, black mane with thin gold stripes, fluff ridge matching mane runs down tail, turquoise eyes, large wingspan. Clothing would be a black jacket with several pockets and ceramic tiles, black, dark grey and medium grey camo overcoat also with ceramic tiles, matching cargo pants with black knee pads, black work boots various equipment clipped around his waist, blue HUD visor, and a black cap. Sometimes uses wing enhancements and a helmet when situations call for it..  
Occupation: Handles field work for an organization residing within a legal grey area along with handling some design work for their R&D department.  
Preferred weapon(s): Bullpup coil assisted AR with airburst launcher, machine pistol with attached dart gun, 12 gauge bullpup shotgun. Other weapons may be used for certain situations.  
Notes: Generally if someone stays out of his way he won’t have any problems. However if you start something with the dracony, prepare for vengeance.

He typically wears a black leather jacket with the words “Stratos Park” on it left unzipped, a bullet proof vest, a white t-shirt, loose jeans and black shoes. Also wears a utility belt with several pockets on it and a red HUD visor.  
Occupation: Unknown  
Preferred weapon(s): Machine pistol, a smaller backup pistol, and a dagger.  
Notes: If one were to look up this guy you would find that he officially does not exist.

Appearance: 5’1, slightly curvy figure, bright red coat gold mane/tail, horn and wings are both fairly short, gold eyes. Has no signature look in regards to clothing although she has a tendancy to wear a hoody with whatever she’s wearing.  
Occupation: Street racer and self proclaimed gang banger.  
Preferred weapon(s): Two small pistols and a PDW, a sawed off shotgun, and sometimes a semi auto marksman rifle.  
Notes: An overly excitable girl and likely a case of ADHD but she has enough skills to do what she says she’s gonna do.

(Best example I can think of would be Akira. You have holograms, huge buildings, and VTOL aircraft but lasers and anti-gravity are rarely used and reserved for military use or major companies.)
