Starlight first pulled out what appears to be a medical bag but with a star symbol on it. Inside it were common doctor instruments along with a few unusual ones. She first pulled out the stethoscope and wrapped it around her head. She took the end and placed it on Shimmer’s girth. It was cold which caught Shimmer by surprise but she quickly got used to the metal piece. Starlight moved it around Shimmer’s stomach searching for anything to help diagnose the problem.
 
Starlight: It’s weird…she’s really active inside but I’m also getting some continuous noise that I can’t make out.

ted: are you sure it’s not heartbeats?

Starlight: Positive.
 
She went back to the bag and pulled out an unusual device with cords and stickers but it didn’t read the usual heartbeat or pulse. She placed the stickers onto Shimmer’s extended stomach and started up the device.
