Fancy: “One day, while she was waiting for the trolley, she had a hat!”
 
Pinkie: “My high silk hat!”

Pinkie: My high silk hat.

Fancy: “A hat like this just makes her feel so grandly. Now fancy this, and fancy that! The splendor of her hat in all it’s majesty,”
 
Pinkie: “Like a queen in a royal cap! I feel so swell and handsome in my hat. I bet that others wish they had in fact-”
 
Both: “A hat as this, a hat as that, a hat so high, a high silk hat!”
 
“Oh, Mr. Jeff Letrotski, now what do you think of that?”

Fancy: Now her hat was not all she wore so proudly, I must in fact share more than that. For upon her lap there sat a treat so fondly, of chocolate this -
 
Pinkie: And chocolate that.
 
Fancy: Deliciousness that makes her feel so dandy, a chocolate bliss.
 
Pinkie: A chocolate snack.
 
Chorus: Confections such as these are more than candy, so one might buy a box of that

“I have my chocolate placed upon my lap! I feel so good, you just cannot top that! I have my snack, a chocolate pack, of chocolate this, and chocolate that! Oh golly, Mr. Filthy Rich, now what do you think of that?”

Fancy: Now time was passing and the sun grew hotter, upon her hat.
 
Chorus: And chocolate snack.

Fancy: “So beneath her hat she thought and pondered.”
 
Pinkie: “What should I do to save my hat?”

Fancy: She thought and contemplated as she perspired, beneath her hat -
 
Chorus: Upon her snack.
 
Fancy: She feared her chocolate treats would soon retire into a pool.
 
Chorus: A chocolate vat.
 
Pinkie: I won’t feel grand if I take off my hat. The sun’s getting hot and my hat just might go flat. My hat, it might go flat, and my sweets will melt like that! Oh, hurry Mr. Trolly, before my dapperness goes flat.

“So she placed, the treats upon the seat beside her.”
 
Filthy Rich: “And put her hat on top of that.”
 
Pinkie: “Oh please. Don’t anypony sit close to me, upon my hat. I ask if all of you could be so kindly and just stand back, away from my snack!”

Pinkie: “A great big bulk just sat upon my hat! A great big bulk just squished my hat real flat! He squashed my hat, he made it flat, he squished my snack, oh what of that?! Oh, tell me, anypony, now what do you think of that?”
 
Everyone: “A great big bulk just sat upon her hat! A great big enormous bulk squished her hat real flat! He squashed her hat, he made it flat, he squished her snack, oh what of that!”

everyone except Pinkie climbs aboard
 
the trolley leaves as Pinkie is surprised

Pinkie: “Oh golly! Uh, what’s you name?”
 
Trixie: “They’ve never given me a name. I’ve been around since show one and I still don’t have a name.”
 
“Now what do you think of that?”
