The first day, after the election of the new mayor of New Oat City, chaos fills City Hall as everyone tries to settle in.

Jayne walks into his office, signature toothpick in his mouth and a well-tailored suit on him. He simply stops in the doorway, glaring at Dave.

His southern accent and large size hide his intelligence, if he was more sociable he could’ve run for mayor.
