No, there isn’t. A former staff member at some point joined of their own volition to alert people about someone going around spamming CP (real CP, I’m sure some of you remember…) and left.
As far as I can tell, the whole “report list” was a project from a small number of people on the server and most were simply there to help figure out how to wrangle discord settings, bots, or send off alerts about spammers and compromised (hacked) accounts.

You should have received a message through ko-fi, things are normally organized through there. When you see it, it may be helpful to provide some more details, like if you want a certain expression (smiling at the viewer, grinning, blowing her whistle, etc) or even reference image if you already have something exact in mind.

The official rule is two OCs per “owner”, but it’s an incredibly lax rule and three in one image should be perfectly fine.
We basically just don’t want someone with 40 OCs submitting them all…

As with others, I strongly urge anyone wanting their characters be grouped together to submit an image with the characters grouped. There will be a lot of characters that need moving around in the end and it’s highly likely that any requests in text will be missed, or lost as characters are moved around the canvas during revisions.

The moderators would prefer you did that; there will be a lot of image to add to the collab and there’s a fair chance that requests to put certain characters together or in certain ways will simply be missed, or might end up undone during revisions while moving things around and adding late characters.

I copied the link list from the staff thread. I considered editing the post after realizing, but thought no one would care that much. Clearly I was mistaken.
Is there any sort of proof of these plans
What do you want? Screencaps of the staff Discord? Links to staff only threads you can’t access? Staff generally don’t like talking about things that may happen in the future or are currently being discussed, because people like to run with it as fact and start acting on information that may very well change before it’s implemented, which may be months away, if it even is. Rules and guidelines are applied and enforced as they are the day of.
Is that the same person that was banned, earlier in the thread?
Yes. To quote the description of one of their latest uploads (now gone), “Character is trans any use of intersex or futa tags will be reported as vandalism”. That was slightly before they capped off their site activity with “Burn in hell you transphobic bastards”. A shame indeed.

The main reason the futa tag has been kept around is simplicity. It’s a term inherited from the site’s predecessor, widely used and understood in much of the fandom and in other fandoms, and it allows for very simple search and filtering for most affected content with one tag.
It’s very likely, and was being discussed by staff before this thread, that we’ll move to tagging similar to furbooru. Note that that however would present the following issues:
  1. Some people, like the person that just DNPed, would actively refuse the “intersex” tags being present
  2. “futa” as it’s been commonly used has become its own genre and would still likely need a separate tag
  3. Training users on using a new tag nomenclature, and more importantly how to filter and tag; people are very resistant to change, and this is a change that staff would have to spend several months dedicating nearly all their time to manage
Nothing is final and discussion is welcome, but we urge people to discuss things calmly and without resorting to insults, accusations, or demand immediate results. People volunteer, not just as staff but as normal uploaders and taggers, to help and improve things for everyone.

Discord and others operate at a scale where they don’t/can’t deal with the number of reports a “grey zone” would generate, and they have a strong financial incentive to not even bother in the first place. What other boorus do is not something we care about.
In any case this is not the thread for that topic, and it’s been covered a hundred times before.
