Ferrotter. No. Bad weasel.

“Heavily implied” is still a matter of opinion. They’ve left things open ended enough so that people can interpret things however they like. I wasn’t aware of what you’re talking about with Cloudchaser and Flitter, but that practice seems pretty illogical, and doesn’t strike me as a good precedent-setter.

Well, like I was trying to say before, I don’t see why we should be interested in what their reasons are. I’m only looking at things from the perspective of officially confirmed or not.

@soundtea
Suspect perhaps, but at most that’s still just “shiptease”. Besides, this show puts hearts everywhere, even in the title.

Frankly, I think if they want to call them a couple, then they need to just come out and say it. If they can’t do that, then it’s not an official pairing. One step away is still one step away.

Dude, give ME a break. The story is so obviously fake it’s painful. I’m not defending Dollar’s honor, I am simply annoyed when people pass this kind of stuff around as proof of what religious people supposedly think. Nutbag atheists have said a lot of stupid crud too, but I don’t need fabricated nonsense to prove that. Nor do I feel particularly motivated to, because that has nothing to do with the topic of this thread.

Yes, and that article is fake. You understand? A lie. Completely fabricated. Libelous. Dollar never said that stuff.

Man, some youtuber cites a fake story, and people just swallow it, no questions asked.

@Niggoslav_Krawczyk
That was fun. I like how many times Wu mentions being “done,” only to continue replying anyway. Sagal’s hearty sense of entitlement is fun as well. And then there are those amusing GamerGate references. Good times.

By the way, did you guys see this Smithsonian article? Here’s an interesting couple of quotes:
According to a new study by the American Association of University Women, there is no statistical difference between female and male programmers’ salaries one year out of college. The same holds true for women who go into engineering, mathematics and physical sciences.
Indeed, only 19 percent of computer science majors are female, which directly corresponds to the proportion of programmers who are female: 20 percent.
The false perception that female programmers earn less than males, Quartz points out, is probably one of the factors discouraging women from joining the field.
Now that’s what I call backfire.

Some dude tried to argue with me that Olsen’s article helped raise awareness or something. What any of them expect that ‘awareness’ to accomplish, I have no idea. Is there any investigation? Have any victims or perpetrators (Other than Olsen himself) been identified? Are laws going to be changed to more broadly define what is considered CP? Of course not, because that was never the point. Sick. And to think that Ghazi even ran an ad mentioning the article while also mentioning KiA. Those guys have no shame.

Do you consider yourself ultra-right?
In comparison to most users on this site, probably. Not as far ‘right’ as my old pal Niggoslav, but I do hold some beliefs you probably wouldn’t care for very much.

But as I indicated before, I happen to like the fact that this whole #GamerGate thing has provided a rare opportunity for people usually at philosophical odds with one another to explore some intersecting interests. At the heart this scandal are dishonesty, corruption, fanaticism, and similar ethical issues that reasonable people can come together to resist. Rationality isn’t exclusive to a particular political party, after all.

If you do not specify a field to search over, the search engine will search for posts with a body that is similar to the query's word stems. For example, posts containing the words winged humanization, wings, and spread wings would all be found by a search for wing, but sewing would not be.
