I can’t believe I’m weighing in on this. My understanding was “adorasexy” gets slapped on too quick and easy on characters that are clearly not “adorable” in that way. Massively busty Sunset Shimmer posing in a skimpy bikini for example, seems to have the adorasexy tag arbitrarily and incorrectly added. Consider instead a shy, blushing Fluttershy lifting her skirt to share some childish or simple undies, clearly a definition of “adorasexy”.
For “cute porn” wouldn’t some images of foalcon be considered “cute porn” but not “adorasexy”? I don’t know if sexy, even adorasexy, can be applied.

With acknowledgement that “cute”, “sexy”, and “porn” are opinions:
IMO, “porn” either depicts or elicits sexual gratification. It is not 100% clear-cut to tie it to ratings: something could be an “artistic nude” and “explicit”-rated, but not “porn”.
I would find it extremely unlikely that something less than “questionable”-rated could count as “cute porn”.
“sexy” can be just mildly provocative, and can even be “safe”-rated. But “porn” might not necessarily be “sexy” - subjective, of course, but the kinds of attributes that might make something unsexy are awkwardness, ungliness, or even just being too darn cute, yes.
but the description of cute porn: “Simultaneously cute and sexy” seems to want to wash that difference away.
Seems to me like the description needs revising. There’s a thread to make such suggestions.

There’s nothing of substance to be said about any
sexy tags so there’s not a whole lot that can be done with them besides potentially consolidating them.I do think these are supposed to be ‘different’ but in what way, I am not sure…

The most likely thing I could see is the distinction between “sexy” and “porn” but the description of cute porn: “Simultaneously cute and sexy” seems to want to wash that difference away.
Can we clarify the difference, if any, between the tags or alias if there isn’t one. Even if there is a difference, I suspect an implication.
