Update: I have it from the horse’s mouth (or should I say the dunnie fae’s mouth) that, well… I pity the foo who TRY to nerf that alicorn.

G1.5:
Meadowlark would have four left hooves.
Miss Hackney couldn’t communicate her knowledge in a way foals could understand.

G3:
Apple Spice: Would not be able to tell a Golden Delicious from an Arkansas Black.

G1:
Medley would have a tin ear.

MLP Analysis:
Lightning Bliss wouldn’t be able to draw worth beans.
British Ninja would be almost as stealthy as a drunken tatzlwurm.

Cheese Sandwich would still get the Cheesy Sense - but he can only sense the most formal, mind-numbingly boring parties. And his accordion playing skills would go from amazing, to perfectly adequate. And with the = numbing his emotions, he’d also just succumb to boredom.

Salty would be a shipwreck waiting to happen.
Steamer would be a train wreck waiting to happen.

MLP Analysis:
DustyKatt: Would be a weakling.
Firebrand: Would lose his sense of humor altogether.
Thespio: Would have zero acting talent.
He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named: Judging by his qualified talent mark, he would have zero stage presence.

They don’t have cutie marks to begin with, though.

Coriander Cumin and Saffron Masala: Their entire menu would be horse colic (if not food poisoning) waiting to happen.
Lightning Dust: Same as Dashie.

Tirek: Wouldn’t suck up magic.

Luna: Not only would she be helpless handling the moon (or sun if she has to fill in for an ailing or injured Celestia), but she would furthermore not be able to dreamwalk (and would have all the tact of a hydra when dealing with the traumatized).
Celestia: Could do nothing with the sun.
Maud: Would not be able to tell granite from gem-quality tanzanite from concrete.

G1 toyline:
You wouldn’t want Chief trying to help if your house caught fire.

MLP Analysis:
Aramau: Would make ME look organized and tidy by comparison.

Cozy Glow: Would be a total patzer at chess.
Rook Ramparts: Would be a total patzer at shatranj (i.e. medieval chess).
Tender Taps: Would have four left hooves.

G3:
Pumpkin Tart: Would be at sea dealing with cats.

G1:
Slugger: Occasionally, sheer dumb luck would allow him a base hit.

MLP Analysis:
Mary Sue: Would fail spectacularly at anything and everything.

Coco Pommel: Same as Rarity.
Doctor Stable, Nurse Redheart, etc.? Malpractice time bombs.
Time Turner would lose his Time Lord nature.

G3:
Wysteria: Same as the Flower Trio above.

I don’t get the title, and I also don’t get this:

With the = on the flank:
G4:
Prince Blueblood would probably be unable to navigate the one street in the village without help from others.
The Flower Trio wouldn’t be able to tell dandelions from locoweed, and/or they wouldn’t be able to grow anything but weeds.
Derpy wouldn’t be able to cope with air currents.
Diamond Tiara wouldn’t be able to persuade a red-tailed hawk to go after a mouse.
Songbird Serenade (and presumably a cousin of hers*) would develop tin ears.

G1:
Cherries Jubilee would be completely at sea dealing with cherry trees.
Surpise would be like Pinkie under the spell.
Firefly would crash trying a simple straightforward flight directly from Point A to Point B.

* Sia has a cousin Peter who’s also in the music biz.
