In that case, we need specific definitions for each one, and probably a cleanup of cat eyes / snake eyes. As it stands, there doesn’t seem to be an understood difference between the types of slit eyes (barring the fact that many of the “snake eyes” images are of lamiak). I’ll go ahead and add the implications, though.

No, please. Cat eyes are Cat eyes. Snake eyes and goat eyes, tho slits, are not the same.

I’d say no.
 
Goat, toad, and snake eyes are also slits.  
Cat should just imply slit. imo

There’s also snake eyes, though some images under the tag seem to be referring to characters from other series as well.

They seem to serve the exact same function, and the latter is both more broad-term and more widely used. If there are any other known variations of this idea, they should also be aliased.

If you do not specify a field to search over, the search engine will search for posts with a body that is similar to the query's word stems. For example, posts containing the words winged humanization, wings, and spread wings would all be found by a search for wing, but sewing would not be.
