Has anyone ever used AI/ML to predict the score of an image based on its tags (on Derpibooru or other image-hosting sites)?
Context:
I’ve pursued more than a few commissions over the years and it has me wondering how much of a score is derived from an artist’s skill/style and how much is predetermined by the content (ex. an animation is bound to get more favs than a static counterpart, main characters score better than OCs, etc).

I’ve run some high-level stats and can see some overall trends in the tags (ex. NSFW scores about 4x better on average than SFW, to put some numbers on it), though I find myself running smaller and more complicated sub-group analyses trying to estimate how well a certain set of tags I plan to use on future commissions will rate (while acknowledging the unique set of tags I plan to use has no exact one-to-one precedent). It takes a lot of effort and compute time to put this together and at this stage I’d rather just hand off the data to a machine learning model to do all that sub-group consideration and extrapolation/correlation automatically (I’m using the Derpibooru tag+scoring daily data dump as an input, many GB to iterate over).
So my question is: has anyone done this before? If there’s already a published model or approach for estimating an artwork’s score based on the tags, I’d rather save some time and use publicly available resources/approaches/tools (I would like to avoid re-inventing the wheel).
My hope is that this could help level-set some future commissions, ex. acknowledging that an artwork with more characters will be more work to make, but also that it’s likely to score 20% worse than a past commission because a majority are OCs. Or estimate a range of likelihood of performance (I have 80% confidence the score after 3 days will be within 200-300 favs). Or answer general questions like maybe 60% of a score can be predicted from the non-artist tags and 40% is driven just by which artist made it. Or estimate the effect of adding/removing small tags (ex. “floppy ears” or “fluffy”) will have on an image score (estimate how impactful/important details may be).
Note: I’m already familiar with high-level programming languages like Python and I have a introductory-level understanding of machine leaning (ex. a model that works on tagging data I expect will be structured and trained differently than Stable Diffusion for working with imagery), but haven’t set up any serious models myself from scratch yet.

Im new to RP and I wish to try it out with someone, I’ve only did it with two close friends but never did it with strangers, this will be an 18+ erp involving a shy Human male (me) getting transferred to CHS for his senior year and accidentally runs into a big BBW bully sunset shimmer, she was about to give him a “proper CHS welcome” until she realized he is a bit attracted to her large body (she’s taller than him and he is at chest high with her) and decides to be a bit “softer” in her approach and toys with his fascination with her fat body to the point where she thinks she could have a new “boyfriend” to play with and gives instructions to meet outside the door of the girls locker room after school lets out, before planting a soft peck with orange lipstick on his cheek and commanding him to not wipe it off and leave it the whole day. The kinks would be dominant female, BBW, larger girl smaller guy, small sub, hopefully some anal or body play/teasing, and maybe a partial vore section if the partner wants to go that far (head shoved up ass like a buttplug.) and minor smothering. Also sunset has a plump ponut hidden between her fat cheeks (the only thing she kept from Equestria)

TL;DR: I would like to propose relaxing (not eliminating) the upload rate limit for AI creators with a track record of excellent content. Say, raise the limit from 2 images per day to 4, but only for authors with, say, 5 images with scores over 200.
With the release of Easyfluff v11.2 and most recently Pony Diffusion v6, the quality of AI-generated images has improved dramatically. It is now possible to create excellent images with AI-driven tools alone, so they do not qualify for the
ai assisted tag. This is evidenced by the numbers of favourites on ai generated images here on derpibooru: the median image of one of the most prominent “prompters” is favourited by over 400 people. Even among my own images - an author of no particular renown - the median number of favourites is 200. And this is despite anything tagged ai generated being hidden in all default filters and excluded from trending! So there is clearly an audience for this type of content.I fully agree with the need to stem the tide of low-effort, low-quality content, which was the rationale for the “2 images per day” limit. However, also I find the limit of 2 images per day stifling for two reasons:
As a viewer, it pushes me outside Derpibooru and to third-party sites to see more images by my favourite creators. This makes me leave the confines of Derpibooru’s excellent system of tags and filters, and exposes me to content that is unpleasant to me.
As a creator, this gets in the way of connecting me with my audience. There is clearly demand for the kind of content I create - over 200 people have favourited my median image! But under the current limits it would take me several weeks just to upload the images I already have, which I expect to be received equally well, and my backlog keeps growing. For now I simply haven’t posted them, because I prefer to engage with the community through Derpibooru, with its moderation and its system of tags and filters. I don’t want to turn my posts here into glorified ads urging people to follow me on Twitter. But I feel that I eventually will have to, because the Derpi limits are really getting in the way of connecting me with my audience.
I feel relaxing (but not eliminating) the upload limits for people who have demonstrated that their content meets a rather high bar will still stem the tide of low-quality content, without getting in the way of connecting creators with their audiences.
Please note that this is not arguing for inclusion of AI generated images in default filters or the Trending section. All of this is aimed purely at people who have opted in to seeing AI-generated images.
Finally, I know that AI content can be controversial. So please keep the following site rules in mind when replying to this thread:
