You want to play games decently, even last gen (but high end) gpu and cpu combo can get you through most popular titles with ease.
Take any i5 or i7 Intel chip and Nvidia gtx 1050Ti, 1060, 1060Ti, 1070 or AMD Rx 580 and you’d be playing games like Rocket League, Fortnite, Overwatch, LoL, Hearthstone and any other eSports game out there with relative ease. At max setting, Full HD.
Pricing? Well…laptops get real expensive real fast. Always look for discounts and deals.

I should be miserable, considering we’re in a hiatus to the final season of G4 Mlp and I don’t like my job (and myself).

It’s okay. It’s about a year old, so that’s like 20% of its lifespan.
Also, storage space is the least of your worries when searching for a powerful PC. You’re gonna need some good processor cores, RAM and graphics card if you want to play some sweet games.

My dad gave me his credit card and PIN today to go shopping with. First of all, I’m happy about the trust. Secondly about the possibility to get some nice little things in a reasonable way. Mostly something to eat, new work shoes, the usual. And thirdly, a glance at the account balance… Gods, let my father grow very, VERY old! He deserves it. :-D
