At least something good happened on this miserable day: I got a letter from the Social Security office where they scheduled a meeting with me so they can gather more info about my disability so I can get benefits. Here’s hoping it goes well so I can get it. I really need it.

I hear the boss is harder than bullshit.

I am extremely close to beating Donkey Kong 64, the game from my childhood that basically made me a gamer that I was never able to beat back then.

When I was a kid, I watched Pokémon: The First Movie when it once in a VHS tape before I got it on DVD and then Blu-ray. And right before the Mewtwo Returns TV movie and right before movie 4 to 21, Pokémon: The Movie 2000 and Pokémon 3: The Movie were the first and only 2 Pokémon movies I have ever seen in theaters. It’s been so long since I’ve seen a Pokémon movie in theaters! And now next year, I’m finally about to see another Pokémon movie in theaters! I am definitely doing all of my Pokémovie Marathon for Pokémon: Detective Pikachu! I can’t wait to see the movie in theaters, and I might think about seeing it in 3D!

Pops surprised me with a visit and brought breakfast.

Just added a feature to my game where the stamina bar flashes if you try attacking without enough stamina.

It depends on what the song is. A few are decent to me, most are forgettable, and some I dislike. Their 2004-2013 stuff I like the most.

Me too. I’m hoping they’re both good. The cynical side of me isn’t too convinced but the little child side of me is excited.

Two movie trailers in a row today! One trailer is Toy Story 4, and one trailer is Pokémon: Detective Pikachu! Holy crap I am so freaking excited to see those two movies!

I like their older stuff better. Their new stuff doesn’t do it for me. The album that I have as my avatar to me was their last good album.

Woohoo! Got paid today! Now I need to wait for my check from the job program!

I also like Maroon 5. And Pikachu.
 
As for me, I did some sewing today. It was really relaxing. Sewed up some holes that were in my pillow, one of my favorite dresses, one of my dad’s shirts, and two of my dog’s toys. My dad was happy and my dog was happy so that’s nice.
 
I also did some talking with a friend I haven’t spoken to in a long time so that’s also nice.

I interviewed today at Yankee Publishing, home of the Old Farmers’ Almanac, to become a senior production artist making around $45k. The director said he’ll decide by the end of the week who will get the job. I’m pretty sure I did decent on the interview, but not perfect, about a B+. I laid it all on the table and tried my best. If I didn’t get the job, at least I’ll know why.
