The mons pubis, colloquially “fupa,” is the fatty pad over the front of the pelvic bone, which is much higher than what’s being depicted here. This is just the pelvic floor (specifically the superficial bulbocavernosus muscle group), turned into a featureless bulge by the panties.

This morning (I think it was today), I found a comic of a sleep deprived Shining who was acting loopy instead of moronic, and didn’t deserve the tag. Even before that, a three-part comic where the last page has Shining telling Chrysalis that he’s married, and can hang out with him if she wanted to play games with him while Cadence was away, and people refused to let that image not include the Moron tag.

Anyone feel like looking over the Shining Armor is a goddamn moron tag? I feel that it’s misused.

And maybe fupa, but that tag is actually pretty overused, and mostly on nudity and chubby pictures.

The whole thing’s a bit subjective but a lot of people found that prolonged face stretch at the end to be particularly uncanny and pushing the boundaries of nightmare fuel. Maybe this will help you understand what they’re experiencing:

It was a webcomic within a webcomic that in-context was designed to be ironically shitty to the degree it became funny again, and in a larger context was making fun of poorly drawn and written early internet gamer comics, specifically ones that were on the penny arcade forums.

I think the two tags you named are the ones worth keeping around, both generally and for specific reasons. Other tags like the one #097E mentioned are either redundant or unwanted, because they’re distinctly more mean-spirited.
 
“Intentionally bad” isn’t hard to make a case for, though it’s not really used at all in favor of the more tongue-in-cheek “quality” tag, and I think it’d actually be more insulting to mistag this one on genuine amateur art than the ironic alternative.
 
“Quality,” though, has its place. There’s a certain je ne sais quoi to it in that it’s not just bad, nor intentionally bad, but so bad it’s good. Or at least evocative. While I agree that it’s easy to abuse this tag, that deep-seated irony inherent to the tag is always going to offset any ill will in a way that the other two tags just can’t.
 
Besides, what other possible tag would you use for masterpieces like these official works?

I can only guess. But it may have started as a sort of tongue in cheek kind of tag. For when people intentionally draw something poorly.  
But then people take to tagging it on any image that’s “not good”.
 
I wouldn’t mind it going away. Same with the Quality tag.
 
Or maybe replacing them both with the Intentionally bad tag. That way people would at least hopefully not tag it on random art they don’t think is good.
 
But please, no one start any mass removals of anything. That would be something best discussed first in its own thread.
