Hey, Jericho is loyal for a reason, and that still doesn’t mean he’s shy about sharing his real opinions. He still champions and defends Hogan and Benoit, and openly loathes Brock, not exactly opinions WWE is super comfortable with.My view of Punk’s opinions are a lot less charitable, especially after he pretty much dismissed Undertaker as a match beneath his talents.
That’s BS! Punk never dismissed Taker as a Match, he justifiedly told that it wasn’t the Main Event & that the Main Event is always the Last Match on the Show. I don’t see what was wrong with Punk’s Comments on that Topic. He even said that his Match with Taker at WM 29 was much much better than the Boring HHH/Lesnar Match & the Twice in the Lifetime Crap between Dwayne/Johnboy what is 100% true. :o

No, what I mean with that is that Boreman Drains/Johnboy get all the Advantages in their Matches (False Finishes, Matchtime, No Restrictions etc.) & the far superior Wrestlers (Styles, Cesaro, Nakamura, Owens, Zayn, Balor, Rollins, Harper, Anderson etc.) are being Handcuffed purposefully just to make Vince’s handpicked Babies look better in Comparison. That’s why NJPW as example is so much better as a Pro Wrestling Company than WWE ever will be for years to come. :) #njpw #RetireVince #F*ckKevinDunn #PunkWasRight

It’s the Match Structure. WWE/Vince only give their Golden Boys(Johnboy & Boreman Drains) the Bells & Whistles to their Matches because they only care about Them & noone else matters. Why do you think Wrestling Fans with Brain Cells say that WWE/Vince are in fact ‘Desperate’ to do everything to get Roman over? Just think about that for a Moment & then respond to Me. :o
So the top guys in WWE have great matches, because Vince McMahon knows how to put on a great wrestling show?

Funnily enough, looking at the star ratings reveals something somewhat interesting… and not. People keep telling me that Nakamura, Finn etc were better in Japan… but looking at this, their overall match quality is pretty comparable actually. Nakamura had a godawful 2017, but he had a pretty terrible 2015 too. Finn Balor is almost exactly the same, but actually had his best match in WWE (fatal 5-way at extreme rules, 4.5 Stars) and his worst match in New Japan (Captain New Japan & Ryusuke Taguchi vs Bad Luck Fale & Prince Devitt, 1.25 Stars).

I love Finn, but even in New Japan he rarely got above 3.5 stars, and regularly dropped below 3.

Nakamura on the other hand gets outright terrible star ratings from Meltzer these days, and even in New Japan never did better than Roman (especially in 2015. What the hell happened in 2015?).

You know what, I like how he’s been used this year. How he’s used that cred he’s got from being the invincible, Vince beloved, unstoppable badass and… repeatedly lost at every pay per view.
Braun built his reputation on murdering Roman. The Extreme Rules match got some awesome crowd noise whenever anyone faced off with him, and each superstar in turn got cred just for hanging.
After beating the Miz and getting the intercontinetal title? He proceeded to get the best matches they’ve had in ages out of Cesaro, Jason Jordan, Elias and possibly Samoa Joe (only because Joe’s had some really good matches lately). They might of lost, but they all came out of it looking better.
In the rumble? He was essentially the final boss, the super threat to give it some real drama. Everyone was waiting for him to come out, and when it was just him and Nakamura… goosebumps on my goosebumps.
The elimination chamber match in fairness sucked. It was so predicable. But you know what… I’m looking forward to Roman vs Brock. They have ring chemistry, they have common bonds and history, and if Roman’s going to keep delivering promos like that, they’ll have heat.
I want a twist in the tale, but honestly I’ll be pretty happy with simply seeing Roman and Brock put on a great match.
