It happening doesn’t make it right. Just means no one’s noticed/bothered to fix it.
Personally, I wouldn’t be too against someone removing their OC’s name from images they really don’t want to be associated with. [NOTE: personal opinion. NOT the site’s stance. So we still follow the site’s standards.]
