Well, it’s DLC, obviously it’s hard but if I did it at level 60 it’d be a lot harder.  
Also, you find chunks in other late areas.

I think the chunks you find near the end is an indicator of the difficulty.

I’m sure Sister Friede will give me trouble. Though I’ll probably have an easier time than if I did if I was doing it at the suggested level range.

Same. When I fought them on with my first character, I destroyed them. The rest of the area is harder, though.

I beat Champion’s Gravetender and Greatwolf, he was easy, but that may be because I’m SL 101 and the recommended level range for Ashes of Ariandel is 60-.

Manus is hard, but I think he’s fairer.

Well. Had a bit of a chat with Mikey. Managed to get back, he somehow managed to pull that off and, after a bit of a rough and tumble, it’s done. he’s finally down.
 
fuck me… that was the hardest fucking boss I’ve faced in all these games. I’ll be finding out if Manus is still the strongest in the first game, but after fighting that monster Gundyr, I think Manus might be a bit easier, I’ll wait and see if I get to eat my own words.

I don’t consider it that, I’ve just gone completely lethargic over it. I don’t care anymore about the next bosses, I don’t care about anything in the game and I got no reason to keep going, since I started looking forward more to getting over a boss fight than the anticipation of the boss fight itself.

I used the Exile Greatkatana during the Dancer, Pontiff and Aldrich, but I don’t like the feel of that weapon at all, it’s why I call it quite literally a Greatkatana, or an Ultra Greatkatana, if you will, because it feels like one. An overweight katana, that has a ridiculous 18.0 weight.

I’m honestly glad that Mike likes DS3, and doesn’t considers it a “nostalgic cash-grab” like the communality seems to view it. It’s flawed, but it’s far from the worst thing ever made.

I am definitely one who understands your pain, and that III is anything but a “super easy casul” game. I’d consider it the hardest entry in the series overall, and I’m pretty sure after the Deacons I have Pontiff Sulyvan awaiting me in Irithyll, who’s going to kill me again and again and again.

Here it is. it’s about 6 hours and a half, as it includes all the backtracking, so feel free to skip.  
It should be visible to everyone, second, it’s like I said before, cuts of attempts and just the game footage, if anyone is curious at least why I was having a lot of trouble with this ‘super easy casul’ game.

So like I was saying, I’m uploading those videos. Just wondering about the format, it’s all been recorded in parts, when I decided to swap items, buy something, farm, so is it better in the parts it was recorded, or if I should add some comnentary in them.

Yeah, wasn’t that hard. Some people online had a little trouble with that one, probably played too defensive or hitting all clones in phase 2.
 
I expect much the same from deacons, it’s a rather stupid fight.

Crystal Sage is dead, and I have made it to the first bonfire inside of Cathedral of the Deep. Sage only took me 2 tries.

I don’t either. I see it as unavoidable.
 
For me one of the saddest moments in the game was Siegmeyer.. maybe because he’s one of the npcs that I really liked the more I found him during the playthrough. I like Solaire and Tarkus a lot, they’re all great, but if you were to ask my favorite of the knights, it’s Siegmeyer.

I don’t, but I still feel really bad about it. Especially when she(?) starts limping around at low health. Sif is a good doggie just defending her master. I hold no malice against her at all.

Crystal Sage is easy.

Crap, now I need to backtrack and kill Crystal Sage then work my way down to Cathedral of the Deep to kill the Deacons to get that doll to unlock Irithyll. I guess I skipped that whole section when I first ran through Road of Sacrifices.

I died once but that’s only because I got greedy.

High Lord Wolnir defeated, with 1 estus charge left. Now I’m in Irithyll but I can’t go any farther until I get some kind of doll. I also beat the monster on the bridge.
