Now all it needs is some elevated and educated “software” that runs for a few hours and then the password is known and the page can be scrapped, lol. Anons will get to work.

Some people still give PhoenixFire42 the benefit of the doubt that he didn’t approve of DataByte’s list and that Pony Community Leaders wasn’t a ban list. Not many people. But some. But this server was a large-scale, conspiratory attack on the entire brony fandom and not everyone outside of /mlp/ and mlpol is fully aware of the dimensions of what has transpired here. So let’s make sure that everyone and their ninja hamster knows about it and that there is absolutely not the smallest shred of doubt about PCL’s intentions.
Some compiled information, sorted chronologically and picked apart for truth, with screenshots sourced from public places (one server, being PCL, that was invite-only, but had almost 200 members and any moderator from any server who was interested could join, so it was not a private server by any means, but handed around like free candy, also, this server does not exist anymore) or publically released by the person who capped their own DM. Additionally, all screenshots displayed are already in circulation around the fandom. If possible, the source of the screenshot is linked.
A step by step guide to unmask the damage control and lies by PhoenixFire42 and the PCL:

PhoenixFire42, head moderator on Equestria Daily’s Discord server, has found out they have a leaker in the PCL server. He has hidden the channel where all the reports of “problem users” were collected. This already shows they have something to hide, particularly, what users were reported and for what reason they got reported. If that channel had been dumped, too, everyone who is affected would have a serious talk with their server owners, admins and moderators about why they got banned for innocuous reasons or off-server behavior, without breaking a server rule, and talk about that in public on their accounts on other sites, too. And the involved servers would receive mega amounts of backlash from everywhere in the fandom and have their rep completely ruined. So PhoenixFire42 buried the evidence.

PhoenixFire42 distances himself from DataByte’s list and says he did not want the list (but only because he gets backlash for it now, he regrets that people associate him with the list). He also reveals himself as being the owner of Pony Community Leaders.

Arnak, admin on the Discord server Ponies React!, talks about how leaks of reports have been happening for a while on PCL. He also alludes that he reckoned with it that the reports will eventually want to make one of their own to leak the entire server, implying there are reports that are outrageous and that he is to some degree aware of it how wrong it is what they’re doing.
PhoenixFire42 replies that he knew about leaks, but that he couldn’t stop them, and confirms that their entire operation was supposed to be secret.

ComradeSparkle, fellow moderator on EQD’s Discord, joins in and addresses 4chan and the leaker. The damage control begins. ComradeSparkle claims that the reports on PCL are not a ban list and that they exist for “informational purposes only”. He further explains that most reports are of users who have broken a rule in one server by posting something that’s acceptable in another server, e.g. posting porn in a SFW server.
The question I ask myself here is, why would a Discord mod, who has banned a user for posting porn because that’s forbidden by the rules on their server, make a report about this user on a secret moderation Discord server built to collect information on “problematic” users, if not so that mods from servers with the same rule can ban the user on their servers, too, just in case they might eventually break the same rule there? That’s some Minority Report-type shit here. But it gets better.

PhoenixFire42 loses his nerves and attacks the leaker, after they shared several screenshots of PCL messages on 4chan. He mentions that he created “a repository”. It’s unclear whether he means the entire server, the reports channel or DataByte’s list with that. But it’s an interesting enough statement. What is he talking about?
He continues with saying that PCL is a safe place to share infos about “degenerates” who are a threat to minors, seemingly alluding to what ComradeSparkle said a few minutes before. Posting porn on a SFW server where minors gather meets that definition. So do people who enjoy foalcon, at least in the eyes of people like DataByte, and DataByte took information for his list from PCL’s reports channel, as ComradeSparkle confirmed on the previous screenshot. How did information about users who like foalcon get into PCL’s reports channel? This confirms that the moderators on PCL have already reported Discord users for being affiliated with foalcon. And carries some implication that PhoenixFire42 has the same opinion about foalcon.
With the last sentence in his message, PhoenixFire42 shows that he is okay with people being put on public lists. But remember: PCL is NOT a ban list.

Back to damage control. In an unexpected move, PhoenixFire42 goes on 4chan to explain himself. He distances himself from DataByte’s list again and claims that he had nothing to do with it. An interesting side note here is that he says he decided to remove DataByte’s list from PCL on the same day he learned about the server leak and that PCL is on blast. It seems he had no problem with the list being there before that happened.

Continuing to talk on 4chan, PhoenixFire42 shares his defnition of “problem users”, people who try to do ERP with minors or who post clop in boards they know minors are in. Liking foalcon is not part of that definition. Furthermore, he distances himself from DataByte’s list a third time, and says that the reports channel is not the same as the list, even though ComradeSparkle has confirmed that DataByte took info for his list from PCL’s reports channel. PhoenixFire42 and ComradeSparkle are not quite on the same line there.

WestRail642fan, who is on DataByte’s list for faving and drawing Foalcon (I won’t link it here, to not give it more attention, but if you already know where to find it, you can verify it there), gets banned from the Discord server G5: Chatter of Ponies. He inquires about it to musicalrainbow (aka Citrus Le Monbow), one of the moderators on this server. musicalrainbow tells him that G5: Chatter of Ponies received a list that links him to Foalcon and informs him that the admins decided this is unacceptable and to ban him for this.
After inquiring further, musicalrainbow asks zatillias, another moderator, if WestRail642fan can do anything to get unbanned. zatillias forwards them to Marsh Marlowe, admin of the server, but says that they personally prefer not having someone on the server who is attracted to child characters. Marsh Marlowe decides that the ban is permanent.
Both mods and the admin of G5: Chatter of Ponies have joined PCL’s server. It’s not a ban list.

Compu announces in the same thread on Fimfiction that he got banned from BronyTales, the Minecraft server and Discord server run by DataByte and DaringShepard, both of whom have been in PCL’s server long before DataByte made his list. Compu also says he got banned before DataByte’s list became public. It’s… not a ban list.

A few days later, WestRail642fan announces on Fimfiction that he now also got banned from the Discord server of Equestria Daily, the server PhoenixFire42 and Comrade “It’s not a ban list” Sparkle hail from. When reaching out to a moderator, he was ignored. PhoenixFire42, as head moderator, is apparently quite okay with keeping WestRail642fan banned. Even though just liking and drawing foalcon is not what constitutes a “problem user”, according to him.

I hope this clears things up and makes everyone realize where we stand with Pony Community Leaders. Now you all know that PCL is not-a-ban-list™. Thank you for your attention.
Compiler_Anon
P.s: And if you think that it’s over and that PCL has given up, I’ll end with these quotes from the updated Foalcon Advisory:
“Due to the abuse of this document by malicious actors, both against supporters of the report and against implicated users, the decision has been made to make the contents of this page private for the time being. Updates will be made available to select trusted individuals.”
“As this document was never intended to be made public, and as several uninvolved people are being targeted and harassed for its existence, I have made the decision to make this document and any updates to it private and only shared with trusted individuals.”
PCL is still operating, so we are from the end here.

If you do not specify a field to search over, the search engine will search for posts with a body that is similar to the query's word stems. For example, posts containing the words winged humanization, wings, and spread wings would all be found by a search for wing, but sewing would not be.
