Well there is that too, i was just considering main characters, out of mane 6 i dislike all kinds of fanon background ponies, maybe except Octavia.

I know nothing about the Oftavia fanon but I think I can guess: she’s sheltered, demure and passive. Sort of a rarity-ish Fluttershy.
 
Whereas Vinyl is the bold, outgoing eccentric one who is pushing her to do new things or getting them into trouble.

Yeah, basically she’s down-to-earth, no weird fetishes, no lunatic obsession on other species or master of the time and space, which makes her more beliavable in my eyes.

Diamond Tiara. Just… Diamond Tiara. I actually conducted a survey on Ponibooru asking people what they want to do to Tiara after the shit she pulled in the Gabby Gums episode, ranging from hugging to spanking to beating until she spews blood to simply sicing a mecha that is about ten million or so galaxies tall. The result was just a simple scolding, but I think the Babs Seed episode might have caused some second opinions.
 
I mean, at least Cadance was nice.

That nameless lying ungrateful asshole construction pony who said Mare Do Well saved all the construction workers right after Rainbow saved him from being crushed by a pallet of bricks and got him safely out of the construction site.

Pinkie is worst mane 6 by a fair margin, while Dərpy is worst pony overall. Pinkie because the writers treat her with kid gloves. There are several episodes where Pinkie fucks everything up, making terrible decisions, but by the end of it, everything works out and we are given a “Pinkie was right all along” bit, ignoring that she probably caused the problem in the first place (see, SotC, GIYC, OaB, FID and IIRC another one I can’t recall).
 
Dərpy is a background pony with a bad color scheme who is given an unhealthy amount of focus. This wasn’t that bad pre-Dərpygate, as while her fanon interpretations were diverse and often contradictory, she at least had something going for her. Post-Dərpygate, mother Dərpy/misunderstood, but perfectly functional Dərpy has been jossed, and clumsy/enderingly mentally handicapped Dərpy is too sensitive to touch. Leaving the character with… Muffins.

I absolutely hate Pinkie Pie, she’s really not my style of characterm random nonsense that is just plain stupid and not funny 3/4 of the time. I can get if that’s your sort of humor but it’s not my sort of humor, and also you can’t forget to mention her annoying voice as well. I really hate that voice, though it does fit in with her character well, I just mute my speakers whenever she goes off being a total chatterbox.

I don’t actively dislike any pony enough to call them worst pony, but as a Rarity fan I passively dislike Blueblood and as an Apple Bloom/Sweetie Belle fan I dislike Diamond Tiara (but not Silver Spoon, for some reason. Probably due to lack of complete characterization.)
 
I also am generally not a fan of Pinkie Pie, but I have to admit that Smile Song is one of my favorite songs in the series, along with Becoming Popular and Babs Seed

Applejack is by far the worst pony followed closely by Pinkie Pie.

Blueblood

What’s with all the Blueblood hate? I’m a rarifan extremist but I don’t think the guy is complete scum.
 
There have been bigger jerks than him.  
But then again, the other jerks have more defined personalities which gives them a distinct advantage.

King Sombra. In addition to being a total monster, he’s just not an interesting villain, which combined with the potential he had, makes him a total letdown.
 
As for characters with actual screen time, Pinkie. I feel like the universe more often than not bends over to accommodate her viewpoint, as though being an obnoxious, creepy stalker is a good way to make friends. I sometimes wonder if Gilda’s behaviour was made more obnoxious by the writers so Pinkie wouldn’t have to learn anything.

Scootaloo. A carbon copy of Rainbow Dash, only even more abrasive, less adorable, and much more prone to failure. She’s the fucking Warren Keffer of My Little Pony.

She and Silver Spoon are the reason why I have never been able to finish watching “Call of the Cutie.”  
I don’t even want her to be redeemed. I want to hate her for what she’s done.
