Unpopular opinion time

Really, you could make the case that all of the Legion of Doom are antithetical to the Elements.
 
Loyalty? Chrysalis abandoned her hive, Cozy Glow backstabbed Twilight and her friends, Tirek backstabbed Discord, and all of them quickly agreed to backstab Grogar.
 
Laughter? All of them seem to have a twisted sense of humor, sharing laughs while reminiscing/thinking about their enemies squirming.
 
Kindness? Do I need to elaborate?
 
Honesty? Tirek lied to Discord, Cozy Glow tricked Twilight, Chrysalis deceived everyone in ACW, and was misleading her hive, one way or another. All of them lied to Grogar.
 
Generosity? HA, Chrysalis was hoarding the vast majority of the stolen love, Tirek wants the magic to be all his, Cozy Glow stole magic, and all three of them kept the Bewitching Bell from Grogar.
 
And as for Magic, two out of three of them are capable magic users, but it isn’t the Magic of Friendship, just as Mean Twilight was a reflection to who Chrysalis is, a well-balanced amalgamation of the other five members of the Mean Six’ defining inverted Element traits, yet she was good with arcane magic.
 
So in conclusion, no, I don’t think they’re helping with any rainbows, in the foreseeable future.

You do have to squint, but there could be some disparate parallelograms drawn between them.

I’m gonna play devil’s advocate here, the hive betrayed chrysalis by listening to someone they didn’t know. Discord deserved to betrayed he backstabbed the mane six the one’s who decided not to send his Chaotic ass back to being a stone statue again and grogar probably know they would betray him.
 
They have kindness, tirek didn’t kill the princesses when they were powerless, chrysalis didn’t deicide to just destroy the mane six even tho it would of been smart of her to do that instead of letting them stay alive, Cozy could of just poisoned everyone by spiking some punch at a party she asked twilight that she could have at the school when she found the vent the student six went in though but nope just a crazy plan to destroy all magic that failed.

MLP should’ve been 11 minutes long divided in two episodes  
22 minutes format is boring as hell (thanks Gravity Falls)

I disagree - certainly the 11 minute format can be used better than I thought (thanks Steven Universe), but in all the history of the fandom I have heard it said an episode was too short far more than the opposite.

Tricking/throwing ponies in Tartarus isn’t inherently kind. There’s such a thing as Cruel Mercy.
 
And Cozy Glow might’ve tried to murder Starlight in School Raze, considering how she helped plan a field trip with the latter included, possibly in the hopes that she’d get lucky and she fell to her death when her cloud-walking spell failed, in the chaos that would ensue.
 
We can presume that Chrysalis was getting the lion’s share of love because she seemed to be the most powerful of them, and the leader, and feeding on love makes changelings stronger.
 
And as for Chrysalis not killing the Mane Six, before, dead ponies can’t love, and after she lost almost everything, she knows she can’t do it alone, without getting killed or something (plus she undoubtedly wants her revenge to be more… dramatic than slitting their throats). She did outright ask why she didn’t just destroy the Mean Six and start over, before Mean Twilight preyed on her desires.

There are few complex episodes that need a full block but can you really say most of Season 1 eps even needed it?  
I have no idea how episodes like Boast Busters, Ticket Master, Swamp of the Century, Show Stoppers and so on, made it past 11 minutes considering how uneventful they were.

alright i’m going to gloat about something in the leaked daring doubt episode so if you click the spoiler and get it spoiled don’t come whining to me.
 
||you guys call me a maniac and an asshole for having such a harsh outlook on some of the characters motivations, and you absolutely are right that i’m a maniac and an asshole, but then daring doubt happens and guess what? i was absolutely right about her and azooiwhatever lol. ||

Still was kind of a dick move, the extreme measure of making a localized heat wave for the presumable purpose of making treasure theft in that area more… inconvenient.
 
Anyway, Fluttershy managed to cause Caballeron and Ahuizotl to cease villainous roles, in one episode.
 
That’s a job well-done, I’d say.
 
Kind of reminds me a bit of that one Powerpuff Girls episode where brute strength (Buttercup) and strategy (Blossom) failed to stop the monster… so Bubbles stopped the threat by asking it nicely.

i more mean the part of it where daring do is actually the villain, that is the person who just attacks azuiwhatever for her own personal gain, while azuiwhatever is actually the good guy. all the native ponies we saw in the valley wanted the heatwave, they were actively supporting it, then some bunghole foreigner invades their country, stops them, and steals their shit because she’s convinced of her own moral superiority. it’s like me breaking into your house, beating you up, and stealing your tv because i don’t like that you watch the office.

they don’t have any dialogue, but literally every pony we see who actually lives in the valley was actively working to make the heatwave happen:

i’ll grant that the absence of evidence isn’t evidence of absence, but did we actually see a single pony or animal from that valley who wasn’t helping azwuwhatever bring on the heat? especially with the reveal that azwuwhatever is literally a good guy: how do we not know he was bringing on the heatwave because it’s what the natives of the valley wanted in the first place?
