Yeah but unlike government intelligence agencies she is so benevolent and sublime in her duties. She acts like a force of nature. In Friends Forever volume 20 she had every chance to screw over or diminish Discord, but she followed her duties in the most pragmatic manor and made a new friend with an old enemy.
