It really was impressive, and probably the best example of the power of the musical as a format that this show has ever done. It obviously felt rushed and over-dense, but even those who didn’t like it couldn’t say they didn’t know exactly what was happening throughout. It has that same feel that Best Night Ever did, where once the episode’s over it’s a bit flabbergasting that it only took 22 minutes given how much was going on.
