So there was a write-up posted on Equestria Daily for Dance Magic. By someone who clearly despises the EG series and can’t be bothered to get some facts right.

Er, no… they’re raising money to renovate Camp Everfree, of which they’ve already been to, evidenced by the fact that Twilight is more open towards everyone and “ponies up”. The poster either didn’t watch Legend of Everfree or doesn’t remember it.
