Did you see the Italian MLP episodes? Lesbian marriage is confirmed canon in-universe. Everyone paying the slightest bit of attention knows that Rarijack will only become even more obvious now. They’ll probably kiss soon.

As for Rarijack being canon: It’s really not. BUT it’s just one single step away, there was enough fodder and teasing that if either of them suddenly asked the other out or if there was a clearly romanic/non-platonic kiss on screen it would be a believable couple.  
€dit: And I say that as one of the biggest Rarijack shippers there are, believe me I would LOVE it if they became canon ;)

Canon is what the creators of the show intend and it includes things that were implied, even if not outright said. There was a canon ship between two boys in EqG, but I forget their names. They were holding hands and stuff. I’m not a fan of the ship, because I don’t like any of the human males in EqG, but I still say it’s canon.
 
Speaking of which, why does EqG have so many random boy characters like Timber Spruce, Flash Sentry and others that? Can’t they stick with just one love interest for Twi or not force her to have one if they don’t need to? I don’t get it.
