||Ok I rewatched the episode, and I admit that I was a bit too hard on Twilight. I think she was just misunderstood the whole thing about the swans celebration thing. She thought it was something simple, and when she initially refused Fancy Pants help, she thought that she would have letted Celestia and Luna down for something so small, but in actuality Luna and Celestia never did the thing by themself and always had some help from delegations (well in a certain sense she had a point, I mean, who would have thought that a mere swan celebration would have been hard as much as keeping the Everfree Forest in control? Plus it was the first time she even heard of the thing so).
Basically it was just more of a lack of knowledge and experience on the thing than idiocy. Still, maybe the princesses could have been more detailed than just giving them a simple list ||
